In buyer mode, the Quote form collects your name, company, country, WhatsApp number, email, estimated quantity and message. Name, country and WhatsApp are required; the other fields are optional. Where available, the form also records product ID, product name, product URL, category, market of interest, enquiry source and page language. Netlify records the submission time. Hosting and form services may also process technical logs for delivery, security and spam prevention.
Manufacturer mode requires name, company, country/region, WhatsApp/phone, core product category and core advantage product. Email, target market and cooperation notes are optional; estimated quantity is not collected in this mode. Both modes record the lead type and available referral context. We use manufacturer information to review supply suitability and discuss potential cooperation; submission does not guarantee product listing.
3. Why we use it
We use submitted contact and business information to understand your requirements, discuss suitable products and markets, prepare quotations and coordinate follow-up. NIRU follows up via WhatsApp or email and keeps enquiry records to support these conversations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers and international processing
The website uses Netlify for hosting and form handling. Enquiries may also be processed through the email and communication services used for follow-up. These providers may process information outside your country.
5. Retention
The retention period depends on the enquiry, any ongoing business relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request deletion or ask about the information held. The website does not provide an automatic deletion schedule.
