Utility electric vehicles
PRODUCT DIRECTION · VERIFIED FRAMEWORK

Utility electric vehicles

Address delivery, campus, commercial transport and project operations through a defined task, load and efficiency requirement.

01 / BUSINESS ROLE

The business role of this direction

A productive operating tool designed around tasks, routes, loads and duty cycles—not a substitute for a general consumer product.

02 / BUSINESS FIT

Where it fits—and for whom

For clients with B2B, fleet, campus, hotel, delivery or institutional project resources and the ability to organise local operations.

03 / WHY SELECTED

Why NIRU selected it

Use cases and value calculations are clearer, allowing product performance to connect directly with operating outcomes and long-term procurement.

04 / NOT SUITABLE

When it is not the right fit

It is not suitable when the use case, maintenance responsibility and operating data are unclear or one generic vehicle is expected to cover every task.

05 / ENTRY CHECKS

What must be validated before entry

  • Task, route and daily duty cycle
  • Passenger or cargo requirements
  • Load, range and charging conditions
  • Maintenance responsibility and downtime cost
  • Project scale and delivery timeline
06 / VERIFIED PRODUCT

Urban delivery electric vehicle

The same low-step delivery vehicle can be equipped with soft insulated delivery bags or rigid metal cargo boxes and is available in two power configurations. It should be piloted against real routes, daily duty cycles, cargo formats and charging conditions—not selected on specifications alone.

Range varies with load, route, speed, temperature and battery condition.

07 / CUSTOMISATION

Customisation potential

The current platform can support different operating propositions through soft delivery bags or metal cargo boxes, vehicle colour and brand presentation. Box dimensions, materials, graphics, MOQ, delivery time and other customisation must be confirmed in writing against the project task and final supply-chain assessment.
